OH, WHAT A HOUSE! OH, WHAT A LOCATION!

David Sclama, of DAS Construction, is well on schedule to completing by the end of April a spacious three-bedroom home with direct-entry two car garage at 46 Parker Ridge Road. Large windows on all three levels of its south elevation offer "O OH, WOW!" views of a rugged mountain skyline in the White Mountain National Forest. Take in Mt. Tremont, Owl's Cliff, Haystack, all the way over to the trails on Attitash's Bear Peak! On the market at $595,000 (mls#MLS 2800147), it will be someone's dream home for family and friends!
The interior will be finished with high quality materials, including solid-core doors, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. In addition to its larger than life mountain views, the Great Room will also feature an extra large stone-faced fireplace. The conventional framing of the roof offers more than adequate storage, or the opportunity to finish out an additional room or two. The heating system is a 95% Energy Star system, with multiple zones. This, along with its extraordinary southern exposure, and spray-foam insulation, will all combine to provide considerable heat cost savings in the future.
Looking for a life style change? Make 46 Parker Ridge your "base camp" for all the recreation you and your family look forward to in the years ahead.
Alpine, cross country, back country skiing, hiking, biking, whitewater canoeing/kayaking---it's all so close by at Stillings Grant!

D.A.S. Construction Management and Contracting is owned and operated by Conway, NH resident, David A. Sclama. David has been widely involved in the contracting industry for quite some time dating back as early as his teenage years painting for the family business. He formed DASCMC with a solid core of basic principles surrounding quality and customer satisfaction. Expanding on his skills in project, cost and time management, as well as planning and budgeting, he has developed an extensive reputation for building custom homes with exceptional value and unsurpassed quality. The homes that DAS constructs are known to be highly efficient, well-built homes that are forming the foundation of he valley’s housing future. With each project David takes careful care and consideration to build a home with all the necessary amenities for comfortable living and no detail overlooked. In the decade that David has been working in the valley he has evolved DAS from a small one-man painting outfit in his mid twenties, to a full-service construction management and contracting company currently producing, from the ground up, some of the finest homes the valley has seen.
Prior to starting DAS, David worked as a painting & drywall contractor familiarizing himself with the Valley ways and the who’s who in contracting. Before moving to the Valley, he worked for the widely known franchise, Certa Pro Painters, as a job foreman. At Certa Pro, having a top producing team, David became known as the guy who was not afraid of hard work and always completed the jobs on ime and under budget. As with anything he does, he became really involved in his work and educated himself on the many different types of paints and paint systems. David has also held jobs as a furniture distribution manager, an equipment operator & laborer on large commercial construction jobs and a deli manager. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Granite State College and attended high school at the prestigious Mount Saint Charles Academy.
Born and raised in North Providence, RI, David is the middle child of three boys from a conservative Italian family. He resides on his small farm with his partner Nicole, their two horses and four dogs. He spends his summer days off doing home projects, hiking, taking long drives on his motorcycle or in his corvette. During the winter months he enjoys snowmobiling and snowshoeing. When he is not in the field on the job or in the office, he also loves working out, cooking Italian food, relaxing with his family and Nascar.
